  • Develop skills in giving feedback that helps everyone grow. We live in a society of cancel culture and competing priorities. Participants will learn more about being in a world of doing, to slow down their pace and tap into work underlined by through their own self identities, their teams’ identities and inclusive communication.

  • Explore how bias shows up at work and what we can do to mitigate its impact. Understanding the foundations of Dominant Culture, interpersonal relationships and identities, as well as intentional action.

  • Learn how to avoid Microagressions and address them so everyone can feel safe at work. Trust is the underlined focus for any manager who is newer, mid-career, or newer in their inclusive and equitable lens. Building a stronger team within a brave and/ or safe space is paramount.

  • Discover what it takes to build a culture of belonging and the role we play.
