Love is an Equity, Inclusion and Justice scholar-practitioner, helping organizations make psychological safety and human-rights part of everyday culture - through education, facilitated dialogues and transformative work.

An attorney and mediator by training, Love’s research interests include exploring the conditions for active inclusion of underrepresented, minoritized and disenfranchised people through peacebuilding, development and human rights initiatives. She is committed to human rights and finding fair and impartial access to the legal system to as many people as she can possibly reach.

She has 15+ years of interdisciplinary experience, Associate Dean at Cornell University and worked with corporate organizations including the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and U.S. Peace Corps.

Love is based in New York. Psychological Safety and Design Thinking accredited, MA Intl Dev/Gender Studies from NYU and Bachelor of Laws (Honors) University of London.
