All about Lola
Lola has 15+ years experience as an executive + leadership coach and workshop facilitator in a range of sectors including tech, fashion and healthcare. She is a Psychology graduate, CTI (Coaches Training Institute), certified coach and ORSC (Organisational and Relationship Systems Coach) trained systemic coach.
She also spent 6 years in a key leadership position successfully setting up coaching programmes within prisons for young men (aged 15-25) in London and the South East of England.
Lola is a 1st generation British woman of Nigerian heritage. She is passionate about development being transformational and accessible. She is an inclusive leadership coach whose work takes place within the context of the world we live in. In her work, Lola acknowledges both the visible and invisible forces at play in our lives - the water that we swim in - that is often ignored. All in service of more powerful, impactful and authentic leaders and teams and ultimately a world that includes us ALL.
Lola was born and still lives in London, UK. She lives with her long-term partner and teenage son. She loves Afro-Cuban salsa dancing, writing and spending time with her family.
