Jasmine is based in Sydney and services Tosha’s clients globally.

She left the corporate world in 2017 to fulfill her longtime vision; to cultivate mindful leaders and build more inclusive cultures. And so Tosha was born.

Jasmine is a Sociologist with 20  years experience working in Media, Tech Start Ups, Fashion + Advertising companies in Australia, London and the USA. She built creative cultures across multiple regions and offices and had a key role in shaping company vision and talent strategy. As the Executive Director of Talent Development at Media Arts Lab/ TBWA she envisioned and created the Annual Global Executive Leadership Development Programs and established an in-house global Coaching program.

Jasmine is the lead designer of all Experiential Labs and Coaching Programs, facilitating and speaking at events across the globe. As our resident Executive Coach she is supporting Senior Leaders from some of the most influential companies in the world.

She has extensive experience in Leadership Development, Behavioral Analytics, Neuroscience and Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. Jasmine is also a Co-Active trained coach with Executive coaching and International Coaching Federation accreditation, a certified Yoga teacher and a lover of the great outdoors.

She cares deeply about the environment and promoting personal well-being. Jasmine has dedicated her career to helping people reach their full creative + leadership potential.
