Lisi is a certified Search Inside Yourself (SIY) Teacher, leading leadership development programs that integrate mindfulness, neuroscience and emotional intelligence.

20+ years Executive Leadership experience at top global advertising agencies - Leo Burnet, Dentsu, BBDO, McCann + TBWA\Media Arts Labs where she was the Managing Director for China.

Lisi is based in Tokyo. She holds a Global Executive MBA from IESE University and has credentials as an Executive Coach, Integrative Health and Wellness Coach and Yoga Instructor.
