  • A guided discussion will be led by one facilitator, depending on size

  • Group will be created based on identity (i.e., Managers, Women, Race, Individual Contributors)

  • All specificities will remain anonymous

  • A report sharing overall themes will be created with key insights and recommendations

  • These insights and recommendations can be shared with company leaders with the discretion of company point of contact
