For 18 years, as a learning and development professional, I've helped people develop and grow across all levels. By designing and delivering loads of different types of programmes like soft skills, leadership & management, talent, coaching, mentoring, cultural change... And I'm really proud of what I've achieved across different industries/cultures!

I wear my heart on my sleeve, and my top values are trust and honesty. I believe in building relationships and taking the time to listen, to what is said and what is not. I love what I do and find purpose in my work.

I’ve also been discriminated against because of my race (my family’s Indian), my background (we’re working class), my disability (I’m dyslexic: sorry for any typos!) being a parent, and, how I look (I have vitiligo: when I was 19, my dark brown skin started to lose its pigment). So now I use my personal professional experience in my work!
