Trinity Villanueva

Pronouns: She/Ella/Siya

A'ohe pau ka 'ike i ka hālau ho'okāhi - Hawaiian Proverb

Trinity is based in the USA, holding space for the in-between of professionalism and an indigenous lens. Coupled with her experience, she is certified in PI Insights and TTI to utilize behavioral assessments with clients.

She spent most of her childhood and early adulthood as a performer, even appeared on Broadway as an actress and singer. Parallel to this, she’s worked in and out of corporate and non-profit spaces in branding agencies, advocating for trans and queer immigrant communities, alongside Smithsonian institutions in language justice, and even wrote and sang in a DC hiphop band that produced two EPs.

By the pandemic and on the verge of burnout, Trinity was serendipitously introduced to Tosha’s Founding Partner Jas Ferres. Together, they continue to build on creative partnership in an aligned vision for a more sustainable ecosystem.

Among her Managing Partner role at Tosha, Trinity is working on her first book and retreat centers on indigenous lands.

She is bilingual English/Spanish and holds degrees from Jacobs School of Music, Trinity College Dublin, University of Pennsylvania, as well as certifications from Harvard University, NAEA, and Hablá Instituto.

Trinity lives outside of Baltimore, loves daily walks and volunteers on the National Arts Education Association as a Board of Director. She relishes in the wholeness of motherhood to her teenage son and adult children alongside her apprenticeship in Filipino shamanism and Hawaiian oli.
