What Does Boundary Setting Look Like?

Working to achieve something significant is often very difficult when our days are full already. So how do we make space for what’s important? By setting boundaries, by saying no and letting go of what isn’t serving us. Here’s what true boundary setting looks like:

  1. No longer taking responsibility for others happiness

  2. Knowing that you need to let others fail

  3. Setting a boundary between another persons anger and your own feelings or reactions

  4. Letting go of the need to have others agree with you

  5. Saying no to work on the weekends / evenings
