As a multi-racial identifying woman of color, Trinity thinks and lives consistently between worlds and various communities. Her understanding of individuals and what motivates them is an innate strength. Trinity’s intuitiveness, instinct, and life experiences has had her coaching people from all walks of life for many years. She has an undeniable way of seeing beyond and supporting others to find their path.
Coaching Experience
In the early 2010’s, Trinity started out as a Recovery Coach as well as held group healing sessions for transgender immigrants. She elevated her learning in Trauma-Informed practices, Culturally Responsive Learning, and Transformative Arts.
In the 2020’s Trinity began Career Coaching alongside being a Recruiter. She garnered much success with her placements and created deep relationships with C-Suite level coachees who in turn sought her guidance primarily with Sensitive/DEI topics.
After joining Tosha as Managing Partner, she started focusing on Leadership Coaching, Strategic/ Consultative Coaching, as well as harnessing her skills within facilitation spaces, especially with Women and BIPOC. She is undergoing ICF-accreditation status by 2024.
Concurrently, Trinity has been initiated on a path of Filipino Shamanism as a Diwataan alongside her Babaylan located in the Philippines.
Coaching Style
Trinity’s approach is a holistic one, as she sees the whole person and doesn’t compartmentalize identities and behaviors. She takes into consideration strengths and challenges of the individual or group, and works to create a synergy that’s deeply impactful to better understand where and how to support the individual or group. She provides an energy matching environment free of judgement.
Her claircognizance is elevated as necessary, paired with deep listening and values alignment work. If you’re coming to Trinity with career coaching advice or deep soul alignment (or anything in-between), Trinity will discern what’s most needed.
More About Trinity
Trinity is a mother, is more than a “foodie”, and she’s undeniably committed to the arts and bolstering creativity in everyone.
Alongside Jas Ferres as Managing Partner of Tosha, she is living a beautiful life. She still remembers every day what it was like not to, and that’s why she does what she does—to support and guide others to living theirs in a Tosha way.
